Technical Contact

The contact for any technical questions is the Scientist Liaison, they can be reached via email at anderegg@cs.unc.edu.

Mailing List

If you already have an account on the BASS, you should also be subscribed to the mailing list. Status updates and maintenance notifications are sent out here regularly. The web interface and archives are available here.

edit: following the above instructions i received the message "It is always best to send email to help@cs.unc.edu for any requests. For example I am going out of town later this week and someone else would be able to help you." Further correspondence suggests that bass software specific content should be sent through the mailing list (bass@cs.unc.edu)
