X4500 48-TB disk storage array with dual InfiniBand for job scratch space.
tape expansion box - to allow additional drives, so that the various backup sets (Linux on bass-files, Windows/Mac on bass-back, archiving, restorations) can run with less contention
monitor for the system, to replace the one on the cart
It would be really cool to get a big multiport KVM switch, so that one could work on these systems without alway having to drag a monitor around on a cart and plug it into the back of the system. It detracts somewhat from the coolness of the system and the esthetics of the BASS to always have a cart stuck on the part of the system you walk by. I believe Sun sells such things.
