Hi this is karra, I work for cassandra province. We are having problems with seriakeys. First off, the green power light is not lighting up. Everything is plugged in, but still no light. When we go to serialkays to run the program, the serial port is not giving the serial 1 option. Even after re-installing keyspan, no power light on the keyspan device. What should we do to resolve these problems? Thanks for your help.
