Please read the following carefully to understand how this request system works. It is important that you know that it will not only take a while to download a trace, as they are huge (most > 1GB, all < 10GB), but it will also take a while to set things up for your download to begin.
Because the traces are stored on a mass storage system, it takes a while to physically access a requested trace. After the trace is ready to access, it takes a while longer to transfer it to a system which has ftp enabled for non-UNC people. That said, we will endeavor to respond as quickly as possible!
