fm

Fast Marching module: Computes shortest path gradients for each triangle in the mesh. Could be used to compute approximate distances. The second step in calculating shortest paths.

fm -i input_file.sma -o output_file.sma -s 0 0 0

standard function call

-i

input file name - format .sma

-o

output file name - text format

-s

The xyz coordinates of the source. Takes 3 seperate unpunctuated numbers.
