The research objectives of this project are threefold. First, we will complete the theory of bivariate meshless wavelets. Second, we will develop point/knot selection algorithms which are optimized for specific geometric tasks and data queries. And third we will realize a practical implementation that demonstrates the advantages of our modeling approach.
